Buying a home is an exciting process that you will want to take one step at a time.

The first step of the process is to talk with a lender so you have a good idea of your budget and how all the finances work. I have a few lenders I can refer you to, so be sure to reach out.

Step two, is figuring out your criteria for your new home. Such as home features, neighborhood, and school district.

Once these first two steps have been established, as your Realtor, I will monitor all new home listings and alert you as soon as new homes, that fit your criteria, come on the market. As you choose a few homes to look at, we begin the home tours till we find the one you love!
